Thunder VPN only works on Android. The app itself is pretty easy to install and use.

After you launch the Android app for the first time, you have to accept the Terms of Service. Accept the Connection request. Tap OK.
This request confirms that Thunder VPN will "monitor traffic to networks," something we don't believe is in the policy. You must click OK in order to continue.
Now you are at the Home screen. Just tap the Connect button, and you will be connected to the nearest server to your area.
To select any one of the nine server locations you wish to use, click the Thunder icon at the top right. The Thunder icon in the upper right corner allows you to pick between Free and Fast servers. These are actually different terms for subscriptions.
However, we like that only one tap is required to move your location. It's not necessary to disconnect each time. However, you may not get the exact IP from all nine locations. We discovered that while being connected to the Netherlands server, our IP leak test showed a French IP somehow.
This was also true for Japan's server. It results in an IP address from Beijing, China instead. This could prove to be very dangerous, given China's poor record in privacy.
